When you are away from home a few nights or more, it's important to keep
everything in your pets world the same; it's enough that they will miss you.
By keeping their same schedule, and allowing them to stay in familiar
surroundings and sleep peacefully in their own bed.
This not only reduces stress but allows them to feel safe, secure,
and loved, like usual. We never want our pets to be traumatized!
There's nothing better than returning home to a loving, welcoming
and happy pet!
a sad alternative
The alternative is not good when pets are boarded in a cold and sterile building,
locked in crates near barking animals they don't even know. Other animals are
sometimes mean and aggressive. Being around unfamiliar people and lot's of
commotion make our pets feel anxious & nervous.
It's sad that some owners don't take this into consideration. 🙁

Unlike all other services that stop by for 15 - 30 min and leave again.
My goal to make sure your pet is comfortable by talking to them,
giving lot's of time and attention, and occasional treats help to.
Above all being with them all day and night helps them feel loved,
secure and comfy.
Just like people, animals have their own little personalities, some
prefer more space and less pampering; pets have boundaries too.
The best happy gauge is the wagging of their tails, when they curl up at
my feet or climb onto my lap; I'm pretty confident they are content.
I take time to know your pets but when you talk to them and give them
it doesn't take long to win their affection and receive it in return.

Although the main focus is your pet, your home will also be more safe with someone in it. There's much less concern for a potential threat with daily activity and the lights going on & off at different times. I'll keep the paper picked up, bring in the mail, take the trash to the curb, water your plants, and other small tasks that need to be looked after.
Food & Snacks

I will feed your pets at the same time you normally do, the same quantities and nothing more. If they have a specific diet, take vitamins, some older pets take pills, where as, others need shots. I keep the water bowls clean and filled, will give treats, how much & how often, so everything will be done the same. I keep details about each pet in my laptop so I always have a reference if needed.
Daily Routines

I'll have your pets daily routines and activities down and know the house rules; if they're allowed on the sofa, what time they sleep, eat, etc. Will keep the litter box fresh, cleanup accidents, administer pet meds if needed. The more detail I know in advance the less likely I'll need to contact you other than photo/video updates to share their cuteness. 🙂
